At PHC Skincare, I was fully responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of all photo shoots for the brand, with assets being used across the website, out-of-home advertising, email marketing, and other marketing channels. My responsibilities encompassed the entire production process, starting with concept development and creative ideation, followed by detailed planning and scheduling of shoots
I coordinated the booking of studios, photographers, models, and all necessary production resources, ensuring that each shoot ran smoothly and on time. During production, I supervised the execution of the shoots, maintained quality control of the visual content, and ensured that the final assets aligned with the brand identity and campaign objectives. By overseeing every stage—from initial concept to the delivery of final images—I ensured that all content effectively supported marketing campaigns and reinforced the brand’s visual storytelling across all platforms.
